District Collector issued an order allowing a student to enroll in a higher education course free of cost.
A student who had scored 70% in the 12th standard but was unable to pursue higher education due to financial hardship was given an official order by District Collector Thiru S.Arunraj, I.A.S., allowing him to enroll in and study his desired course free of cost.(PDF 38KB)
