District Collector,Tmt Grace Pachuau I.A.S., informed that a person named Thiru P. Ramlal belonging to Madya Pradesh suffering from mental illness for the past 10 years and subsequently having recovered and staying in Vela Karunai Illam was reunited with his family based on the initiative taken by the District Administration.(PDF 38KB)
