• Objectives

1. Water samples tested during pre monsoon and post monsoon and water supply has been effected to the public regularly.
2. District Lab at Perambalur and Sub District Lab at Veppanthattai in which water samples of Anganwadies, Schools and FHTC are tested. This laboratories are functioning through TWAD Board.

1). CWSS to 73 habitations in Perambalur District under NABARD.
2). WSS to 15 habitations in Veppanthattai union of Perambalur District under JJM.

List of JJM projects

1). Retrofitting of CWSS to 306 habitations in Perambalur District
2). Retrofitting of CWSS to Perambalur MPTY, Kurumbalur TP and 116 habitations in Trichy and Perambalur Districts.
3). Retrofitting of CWSS to Melausain Nagram and 7 other habitations in Perambalur District
4). Retrofitting of CWSS to Othiyam and 6 other habitations in Perambalur District

• Awards and Achievements

Retrofitting of CWSS to Melausain Nagram and 7 other habitations and CWSS to Othiyam and 6 other habitations in Perambalur District are completed within the targeted period and effect water supply of 55 LPCD to the public through JJM programme.
