Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu inaugurated the Social Welfare College Girls’ Hostel through a video conference – 27.11.2025

The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru M. K. Stalin, inaugurated the newly constructed Social Welfare College Girls’ Hostel at Veppur Government Women’s College in Perambalur District via video conference. The hostel has been built at an estimated cost of ₹6.99 crore. He also laid the foundation stone, through video conference, for the Social Welfare Hostel to be constructed at Keelakanavai Government Polytechnic College at a cost of ₹6.05 crore. Following this, District Collector Tmt. N. Mirunalini, I.A.S., lit the ceremonial lamp at the Social Welfare College Girls’ Hostel of Veppur Government Women’s College and distributed sweets to the students.(PDF 38KB)
