Drug-Free Tamil Nadu Pledge Event – 11.08.2026

Under the leadership of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, a state-level mass pledge against drug abuse was taken today at Presidency College, Chennai. District Collector Tmt. Sharanya Ari, IAS, and Superintendent of Police Shri Lalith Kumar, IPS, watched the event live through video conference. Following the event, more than 500 school and college students, professors, and officials took the pledge to make Tamil Nadu a drug-free state.(PDF 38KB)
